Five Walls is located on the corner of Leeds and Hopkins Streets, Footscray, with entrance via Hopkins Street. The gallery is a short walk from public transport, including Footscray Train Station, as well as nearby bus and tram services.

If travelling from the city by private transport, Hopkins Street is an extension of Spencer Street, connecting Southern Cross Station (approximately 4 km away) via Dynon Road.
