Light Discussions offers a display of simple assemblages in reductive
format that create interplay between painting and photography forward
light and reflection as complimentary mediums, affecting the viewers
use of space experience of time through light and lightness.
From 2001 to the present Patricia Todarello has been actively showing
her distinct paintings and site specific works. She has conducted solo
shows and has been included in group exhibitions in most capital cities
around Australia including; SNO and First Draft in Sydney, Contemporary
Art Services in Tasmania, ACGA Gallery, Kings ARi, and SHIFTED
galleries in Melbourne. As a writer and arts commentator she has
published critical works through Un magazine, held a seat on the
board of Trocadero Art Space and contributed as an exhibition advisor
at Kings ARI.
