The Prototype series performs as sculptural, architectural objects to survey the concept of Painting broadcasted for ‘spatial outflow’. The abstract artwork presents a visual aesthetic of depth and movement using Western Fine Art techniques, with Eastern contemporary calligraphic aesthetics.
In an attempt to expand Painting size beyond the limits of a flat surface, canvasses are set within defragmented wooden frames. Each frame is customed cut to expose brushstroke seepages, and the physicality of the materials used.
